Pick the homes
Start with the homes you already like online. Send us a short list of properties you would consider driving to see if the first look checks out.
Looking at homes in another area can mean spending hours on the road just to discover a property was wrong in the first few minutes. Freewill Realty helps buyers preview selected homes in VR 180 before making the drive.
Freewill Realty is designed for buyers who are already browsing homes on Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, MLS search portals, or other listing sites. Instead of guessing from flat photos, you can request VR 180 previews of the homes you are seriously considering.

Freewill Realty works with the appropriate cooperating broker or agent, and access is coordinated with the listing side when permission is required.
A cooperating agent uses a simple VR 180 camera to capture key views. It is not meant to be a full professional photo shoot; it is a fast, useful first look.
The previews are uploaded for headset viewing. You can view them with a VR headset you already own, or through a headset preview option when available.
Freewill Realty is designed around a simple buyer action: build a short list of homes you already like from Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, MLS search portals, or another listing source. From there, the preview process can focus on the specific properties you are actually considering.
Standard listing photos can show a room. Stereoscopic VR 180 helps you understand the depth, spacing, and true feel of that room before you drive to see it.
Normal real estate photos flatten a room. They can show the finishes, furniture, windows, and view, but they often hide the depth of the space. That makes it hard to judge whether a room actually feels open, tight, long, shallow, wide, or comfortable.
VR 180 uses stereoscopic 3D, which means each eye sees a slightly different view in the headset. That difference creates depth. Instead of looking at a flat picture, you get a better sense of the room’s size, spacing, layout, and overall feel.
Depth matters when you are deciding whether a home is worth the drive. A wide-angle listing photo may make a room look larger than it feels. A VR 180 preview can help you understand the real feel of the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, deck, driveway, view, and other areas before you spend hours getting there.
This section can later become a live OpenStreetMap or Leaflet map with real property pins, agent locations, preview-room locations, and the route between buyer markets and home markets.
Freewill Realty can work with properly licensed agents in destination markets such as Huntington Beach, Orange County, LA, the Inland Empire, and other communities when a client wants to preview homes outside the Crestline area.
Ask about partner referralsCrestline is an ideal place to start because many interested buyers may live down the hill in Orange County, LA, the Inland Empire, or other Southern California communities. A VR 180 preview can help those buyers decide whether the trip up the mountain makes sense.
Browse the homes you like online, send us the ones you are serious about, and we will help coordinate VR 180 first looks where access and cooperation are available.
Out-of-area buyers may hesitate to drive up for a home they do not understand yet. Better previews can help those buyers take the next step with more confidence.
If you are selling in Crestline and buying somewhere else, Freewill Realty can help connect you with a cooperating agent in your destination market.
Send the homes you are considering, and Freewill Realty can explain what may be possible based on location, property access, cooperating agent availability, and preview equipment.
